Nourishing Food During Your Retreat

Food is an important part of the healing process.

After deep inner work and ceremony, the body needs gentle nourishment, warmth, and balance. We prepare simple, fresh meals that support the body during this process and help participants feel grounded and cared for.

Our approach to food is natural and uncomplicated. We cook meals that are light, nutritious, and easy to digest, using fresh ingredients and simple recipes. The goal is not complicated diets or superfoods, but real food that the body can receive with ease.

Most of our meals are vegetarian, with occasional fish or eggs. We focus on warm, nourishing dishes such as soups, rice with vegetables, homemade breads, fresh fruit, and simple meals that help the body recover after ceremony.

Many guests tell us they appreciate how natural and balanced the food feels. It is healthy, but also comforting and familiar — the kind of food that makes you feel at home.

During the retreat we follow a gentle dietary approach that supports the ceremonial work and respects the traditional guidelines connected with plant medicine. Meals are prepared with minimal oil, light seasoning, and without processed foods.

Food is prepared fresh every day with care and attention. For us, cooking is also part of the space we create — a way of offering support, warmth, and hospitality to everyone who comes to our retreat.

Many guests are surprised by how satisfying simple, nourishing meals can be, and often say they return home inspired to cook in a similar way.

Food prepared with care

Food is an important part of the retreat experience.

We believe that healing is not only about ceremonies, but also about the small moments in between — sharing a meal, sitting together at the table, and nourishing the body after deep inner work.

All meals are prepared fresh with simple, natural ingredients. We focus on warm, nourishing dishes that are light, balanced, and easy to digest. Our food is mostly vegetarian, with occasional fish or eggs, and follows gentle dietary guidelines that support the ceremonial process.

We love preparing food that is not only healthy, but also beautiful and inviting. For us, cooking is a way of offering care and creating a welcoming, home-like atmosphere for everyone who comes to our retreat.

Many guests tell us that the meals become one of the highlights of their stay.
