Arrival & Flights

The nearest airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN), located approximately 30 minutes from our retreat center.

We recommend booking a flight that arrives between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on the first day of your retreat. This allows enough time to settle into your accommodation, relax, and prepare for the evening program.

If you are traveling from another part of Mexico or planning to arrive outside these hours, please contact us in advance so we can discuss the best arrangements.

After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you detailed arrival instructions and coordinate your airport pickup.

Airport Transfers

Round-trip airport transportation from Cancún International Airport is included in your retreat price.

We coordinate airport pickups and departures to make your journey as smooth and comfortable as possible.

If several retreat participants arrive or depart at approximately the same time, we arrange transportation together in one vehicle.

We kindly ask you to share your flight details with us in advance so we can organize your transfers accordingly.

After your booking is confirmed, we will provide detailed arrival instructions and all the information you need for a smooth journey to our retreat sanctuary.

Our Location

Our retreat sanctuary is nestled in the beautiful Mayan jungle near Puerto Morelos, along the Ruta de los Cenotes.

Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and peaceful natural surroundings, our location offers a wonderful opportunity to step away from busy tourist areas and reconnect with nature.

Despite its tranquil setting, the retreat is conveniently located within driving distance of Cancún International Airport, Puerto Morelos, and the Caribbean coast.

Detailed directions and arrival information will be provided after booking.

What to Bring

We recommend packing light and comfortable clothing suitable for a tropical climate.

Some useful items include:

  • Light, breathable clothing
  • Comfortable clothes for yoga and meditation
  • A light sweater or shawl for cooler evenings
  • Swimwear
  • Sandals or flip-flops
  • Comfortable closed shoes for outdoor activities
  • Insect repellent
  • Sunscreen
  • Personal hygiene items
  • Reusable water bottle
  • Any personal medications or essential items

We recommend bringing comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and relax throughout your stay.

Electricity & Charging

Mexico uses 127V electricity, with Type A and B electrical outlets, similar to those used in the United States and Canada.

Guests traveling from Europe or other regions may need a plug adapter.

Please check that your electronic devices are compatible with the local voltage.

Tropical Climate

The Riviera Maya enjoys warm tropical weather throughout the year.

Depending on the season, you may experience sunny days, refreshing tropical rain, or higher humidity.

The warmer and wetter season generally runs from late spring through autumn, while winter months are often slightly cooler and drier.

We recommend bringing lightweight clothing and being prepared for occasional changes in tropical weather.

Money & Payments

The local currency is the Mexican peso (MXN).

We recommend bringing a small amount of cash for personal expenses, tips, or purchases outside the retreat.

Mexican pesos are generally the most convenient currency for local purchases.

ATMs and currency exchange services are available at Cancún International Airport and in nearby towns, but access is limited around our jungle location.

Wi-Fi & Mobile Signal

Satellite Wi-Fi is available in designated areas of our retreat center and in some accommodations.

Internet access may vary depending on your accommodation and local conditions.

Mobile phone reception can also be limited in certain parts of the jungle.

We encourage guests to use their retreat as an opportunity to disconnect from everyday distractions while still having access to communication when needed.

If staying connected is important for work or personal reasons, please contact us before booking so we can explain the available options.

Comfort & Personal Support

Our retreat takes place in a peaceful natural environment, away from the busy tourist areas of the Riviera Maya.

We maintain small groups of 2–6 participants and offer personal support throughout your stay.

If you have questions about your arrival, accommodation, transportation, or practical arrangements, we are happy to assist you before your journey.

Our intention is to help you feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable from the moment you arrive.

Departure & Travel Planning

On the final day of your retreat, we allow time for breakfast, packing, and a gentle transition before departure.

Return transportation to Cancún International Airport is included in your retreat price.

We kindly ask guests to coordinate their departure flight times with us in advance so we can arrange transportation smoothly.

If you are planning an early departure or have specific travel requirements, please contact us before booking your return flight.

We recommend allowing sufficient time for airport check-in and international travel procedures.
