This Ayahausca 4 day ceremony retreat surpassed what I thought possible for me. The ceremony was more than I had hoped for. First, the premises were beautiful and peaceful, and the hosts, Irena and Stan, were exceptionally kind and accommodating. At one point I was cold during the ceremony, and the next day they went out and bought extra blankets specifically for the ceremonies. I truly appreciated that the experience included different types of plant medicine, each offering its own unique healing benefits. Finally, the food was both delicious and healthy. I will definitely make this my annual destination for healing and wellness.
This retreat was everything and more. I went in feeling extremely nervous yet deeply excited, not knowing exactly what to expect. My personal experience with ayahuasca was intense, emotional, and at times overwhelming—but it was also incredibly profound.
I truly don’t think I could have moved through it the way I did without Stan and Irena. The level of personal care, presence, and compassion they offered—both to me and to every guest—was exceptional. I felt safe, supported, and held at all times, which made all the difference.
The food was absolutely incredible—every meal nourishing and intentional. Irena is a phenomenal cook, and you can feel the love in everything she prepares. The retreat center itself is stunning: peaceful, grounding, and deeply healing. Every detail of the space invites you to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

My daily life is quite busy with work. I spend a lot of time thinking and analyzing, as my role requires a high level of logic. I don’t mind it at all; in fact, I feel it suits my personality and strengths perfectly. However, because of this, I am also aware that there are many things in this world that cannot be truly understood just by thinking about them. You can’t just “get it” with your head; you have to experience it to truly understand. (Ironically, I’ve reached this conclusion logically, too.) That is exactly why I joined this retreat—I wanted an overwhelmingly powerful and mystical experience that transcends mere logic. Everyone involved was incredibly kind and maintained a perfect balance in how they interacted with me—always supportive but never overbearing. I could tell they truly cared about my well-being without ever forcing anything upon me. Being my first Ayahuasca experience, I felt a lot of anxiety, but their kind and thoughtful approach was a huge help and gave me the comfort I needed. It was an overwhelming experience that defies description—mystical, yet incredibly intense.
Neuvěřitelných 6 dní strávených přímo v džungli nedaleko Cancúnu. Každodenní medicínu jsem měl možnost doplnit koupáním v nedalekém soukromém cenote. Ubytování bylo nádherné s výhledem do přírody, doplněné skvělou Ireninou lehkou domácí stravou. Nejvíce bych vyzdvihnul osobní přístup Standy a Ireny, zejména pak hlubokou životní moudrost obou dvou. Su trabajo es natural y auténtico, y se percibe que realmente sabe lo que hace. Sostiene el espacio con firmeza y al mismo tiempo con suavidad.

Profound Healing in a Sacred Container After 8 years of waiting for the Universe to grant me a visit with Ayahuasca, I finally This retreat was a sacred gift. received all the healing I have been desperately seeking all my life. A life of trauma,

I was starting a new chapter after the end of a 10-year relationship. I needed to discover myself and learn to love myself. I really appreciated the variety of medicines and ceremonies offered at this retreat. The atmosphere looked peaceful, and the length of the program was just right to fit with my busy work schedule. After the first night, I felt an incredible surge of confidence and was filled with gratitude. As the retreat went on, I began healing parts of myself I hadn’t even realized needed attention. The food was deeply nourishing, and sharing the experience with the other attendees made it all the more meaningful. The facilitators, Stanley and Ireana, were incredibly welcoming and supportive. The trust we built with them is a big reason I’d love to return to this retreat.
Various behaviors and avoidances that were no longer serving me but I had not found an effective way to address and resolve them. I chose this retreat as the program, teachers, locale, and price provided the greatest and best value in my opinion. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this retreat provided all the value above and beyond my expectations. The fact that I was alone in this retreat provided VIP service and tailoring of the content to my specific needs as the retreat progressed. After a week at the retreat in the jungle, with yoga, meditation, healthy, plant-based food, quiet, and a vibrant natural setting, I was able to find answers to some fundamental questions, and left with tools to help me continue integrating the experiences from the retreat into my life. Stan and Irena are wonderful people as well as guides and teachers and the retreat and my experiences from it benefitted from their living the things they teach. The Temazcal ceremony with Erica was also transformational.
Stanley and Irena are top-notch facilitators for the spiritual retreat of a lifetime. Honoring the sacred plant medicines and all the facets of my being, I was led thru beautiful ceremonies, carefully curated and executed by Stanley, an intense and immersive healing for my tattered soul. The beauty of the hours long ayahuasca ceremony with all the care given to my physical and spiritual needs during and after was top notch, and I absolutely will repeat in the future. The sweat lodge was cleansing for body and soul. There was a third ceremony which I forget the name of the sacred plant medicine used, but during which I experienced an entire realignment of my spirit/soul/self and the universe. Words cannot express the joy I feel as this was exactly what I’ve been searching for in an effort to cast away my negative vibrations and be more centered and balanced. The trip to the cenote was beautiful and relaxing. The jungle property where we stayed was shaded with many trees, birds, and plants. I found the buildings, restrooms and etc to be rustic as in a camping trip but everything in working order and very clean. There was plenty of time for my husband and I to relax between ceremonies (he attended and partook of all as well, and he has not stopped raving about what an excellent ceremonial guide Stanley is). Irena cooked us healthy and light meals daily, serving fruits as well, and there was plenty of drinking water available at all times. I believe we received two meals daily during ceremony days and three meals daily on rest days in accordance with the needs of the sacred plant medicines and how they work in our bodies (so don’t bring snacks and cheat). The combination of Stanley’s excellent Spanish and Irena’s excellent English and Spanish ensured we received all instructions to our complete understanding. We were well cared for and will return when the calling for furthering our healing journey arises. I am recommending this to anyone in need of a good healing and cleansing experience. I trust Stanley and Irena to care for my friends with respect and love.
A Profound and Life-altering Experience
A profound and life-altering experience. That’s the only way to describe my retreat in Mexico. I came to the DMT retreat feeling drained, disconnected, and battling both mental and physical exhaustion. I had heard about the potential for deep healing, but I was not prepared for the transformation that awaited me.
The facilitators were exceptional – professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. They created a safe and supportive environment that allowed me to fully surrender to the process. The ceremonies were led with reverence and a deep understanding of the plant medicine.
The DMT sessions themselves were indescribably powerful. The breakthroughs I experienced were nothing short of miraculous. Not only did I gain a profound new perspective on my life, releasing old traumas and negative thought patterns, but I also felt a tangible physical shift. The chronic fatigue and body aches I had been struggling with for years simply melted away.
My deepest gratitude goes out to the entire team for guiding me through this journey. This wasn’t just a retreat; it was a rebirth. My life has been forever changed, both mentally and physically, and I am filled with a sense of peace and vitality I haven’t felt in a very long time.

The Retreat that changed Everything
After 30 years in a high-pressure career, raising three children, and constantly striving to be the best mother, wife, and executive I could be—menopause brought me to my knees. I was doing everything “right”: yoga, meditation, clean eating, exercise, even gave up alcohol. But nothing touched the deeper pain—the anger, the guilt, the overwhelming sense that I was losing my worth and my sense of self.
I came to this retreat searching for tools—yoga, meditation, nourishing food, and plant medicine. What I found was so much more. The true magic lies in the couple who created this space, Stan and Irena. They are deeply gifted healers—authentic, loving, and intuitive—and their energy is felt in every detail of the experience. I came for plant medicine and ended up doing Kambo, Bufo, and Ayahuasca—each one calling to me in its own way. Bufo cracked me open emotionally, while Ayahuasca grounded me, empowered me, and filled me with love. Together, the medicine—and the sacred guidance of Stan and Irena—brought me home to myself.
Today, I feel clear, grounded, and more in love—with myself, with life, and with the people around me—than I’ve ever felt before.

Finding the right words to accurately express my appreciation and gratitude after participating in events organized by Healing – Ceremonies – Mexico is challenging. Like many, I arrived in search of answers and solutions to various issues I have been facing. Despite my naturally skeptical attitude, I feel that I was able to achieve and find what I was looking for.
I am extremely satisfied with the value and quality of the services I received. Stan and his team took exceptional care of me at every step, ensuring I had everything I needed and offering valuable advice. They thoroughly explained everything and answered all my questions. Ayahuasca is an incredibly beautiful experience. You don’t know what you will experience, but in any case it will be beneficial and healing. I got rid of fear and sadness, settled deep in the body. We get rid of emotions deep in the body by vomiting. Vomiting is thus a healing component of Ayahuasca. I healed my sacral chakra and throat chakra, among other things. But she also experienced feelings of immense sadness and joy. The main thing is to trust Ayahuasca, not to resist experiences and to open your heart. The experience with Ayahuasca changed my life. For about 15 years I have been reading books about personal development, ascension through the levels of consciousness, etc. however I have only seen slow changes in my life. That changed after a healing stay in Mexico with Irena and Standa, after which everything in my life began to change very quickly and intensively. I always thought I knew myself perfectly. That I don’t need to look inside myself. I’ve always told myself, that’s just the way I am.
