Healing with Sacred Medicines
Our healing work is guided by sacred medicines such as Ayahuasca, Bufo Alvarius, Kambo, Rapé, Sananga, and Cacao. Each carries its own spirit and purpose. We never use them randomly – every ceremony, every sequence, and every combination is intuitively chosen with prayer, care, and deep respect. Our ceremonies are held in small groups and designed to help you feel safe, held, and guided. Healing begins with the decision, deepens through the ceremony, and continues in integration.
The Decision & the Calling
True healing starts the moment you say “yes” to your inner calling. For many, emotions, dreams, or inner unrest begin weeks before the retreat. This is the energy of the medicine preparing you. It’s completely natural – everything you’ve held inside is beginning to rise. The best preparation is to be gentle with yourself. Conscious preparation of body, mind, and spirit is a sacred part of this journey.
Meeting Your Shadows
Ayahuasca is like a mirror – not one that flatters, but one that shows truth. It reveals what has been buried: childhood pain, anger, fear, shame. Healing is not about escaping darkness – it’s about meeting it with love. When we face our shadow, we unlock a deep inner strength. That’s true freedom.
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation: Listening to the Body, Training the Mind
As part of the retreat, we integrate Kundalini yoga and guided meditation into the healing process. Through this practice, we bridge two worlds—the ancient wisdom of the body and the modern mind that seeks understanding.
Yoga means union: of body, mind, and spirit. In our sessions, we teach how to breathe consciously, how to sit with awareness, and how to reconnect with the intelligence of your own body. Every emotion you’ve ever suppressed lives somewhere within your body. Through movement, breath, and presence, we gently invite these emotions to surface and release.
Kundalini energy is the dormant life force that lies within us all. With awareness and discipline, it rises through the body, awakening each energy center (chakra) and clearing old blockages. As this energy flows, people often discover they can hear their body more clearly, sense subtle shifts, and understand the language of their soul.
We teach meditation not as an escape, but as a tool to calm and guide the mind—so that the mind serves you, rather than controls you. With practice, you begin to observe your thoughts, instead of being caught by them. You learn to be present with yourself, with God, with the universe.
This practice grounds the plant medicine work, helps the body process it, and opens a deeper level of transformation that continues long after the retreat ends.
The Importance of Preparation
Your body is the temple of your soul. The diet before retreat is not a punishment – it’s an act of devotion. By avoiding meat, alcohol, stimulants, and processed foods, you make space for deeper healing. You show the medicine that you are ready. If you slip, return with love. This path isn’t about perfection – it’s about awareness and intention.
It ensures physical safety – some foods or medications can create dangerous interactions with ayahuasca.
It calms the nervous system and prepares you for the intensity of the work.
It opens your energy field – making it easier to feel, sense, and receive spiritual guidance.

Our Healing Space in the Jungle
Our retreat center is more than a location – it’s a living, breathing sacred space. Created with love, intention, and prayer, every tree, every stone, every beam of sunlight is part of the medicine. This is a place where time slows down, and the heart remembers. A space where you can feel safe, supported, and truly present.
Real Healing & Transformation
Healing is not a one-time event – it unfolds in layers. Sometimes soft, sometimes intense. It’s a return to yourself, your truth, your soul. As you release the weight of the past, lightness and clarity emerge. In the stillness, you begin to hear your heart again. This is where true freedom begins.
Integration – Living What You’ve Learned
The ceremony is only the beginning. Real transformation happens when you return home – in your relationships, habits, and emotions. Integration means noticing what’s shifting. Sometimes you respond differently, sometimes you catch the old pattern – but now you see it. That’s power. This path doesn’t remove challenges – but it transforms how you meet them. Each step brings you home to yourself.
We Walk With You
From the moment you sign up, you are held. We support you before, during, and long after the retreat. We know this path because we have walked it ourselves. And it continues every day. Our role is not to fix you—you are not broken. Our role is to create a safe, sacred, and loving space where you can meet yourself. Truly.
Healing doesn’t come from us. It comes from you. From your courage to say yes, your willingness to face yourself, and your openness to receive what life and the plants have to offer.
You are not alone.
