Ayahuasca

Ayahuasca

Ayahuasca is a traditional Amazonian plant medicine that has been used for generations for deep inner exploration, emotional release, and spiritual insight. It is not a recreational substance, but a sacred tool approached with respect, preparation, and responsibility.

In our retreats, Ayahuasca is held within a safe, intentional, and grounded ceremonial space. We work in small groups and emphasize preparation, presence, and integration. The medicine is not seen as a solution, but as a guide — what truly matters is how the experience is embodied and integrated into everyday life.

Ayahuasca can bring suppressed emotions, memories, and inner truths to the surface. This process may feel clarifying, challenging, or intense. Physical sensations and cleansing responses can also occur and are understood as part of the body’s natural release of stored tension.

In our work, we use different traditional preparations of Ayahuasca, such as Cielo and Jaguar. Each carries its own energetic quality and is approached with discernment. The choice of preparation is never based on intensity or preference, but on the overall intention of the retreat, group dynamics, and the need for safety, grounding, and integration.

Ayahuasca is not for everyone. It does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, or personal responsibility. Healing does not come from the medicine alone — it unfolds through awareness, nervous system regulation, and honest integration into daily life.
