Sacred Medicines & Practices
In our work, we use sacred medicines and practices as tools for awareness, healing, and reconnection.
These are not quick solutions or experiences to chase. They are processes that, when approached with respect and proper guidance, can help open deeper layers of the mind, body, and emotions.
Each medicine works in a different way, and we always approach them with care, responsibility, and individual assessment.
Ayahuasca
Ayahuasca is a traditional plant medicine used for deep inner work. It often works on:
- emotional release
- subconscious patterns
- past experiences and trauma
- clarity and self-understanding
Our ceremonies are guided with music, sound, and presence. We work with live music and traditional instruments, moments of silence, and sometimes traditional icaros. The process is not only about visions, but about meeting yourself — including parts that are often hidden or avoided.
Kambo
Kambo is a cleansing ritual working on both physical and energetic levels. It supports:
- detoxification
- strengthening the body and immune system
- releasing stored tension
- mental clarity
We approach Kambo with care and proper preparation, always respecting the body and its limits. It is a strong but grounding process that helps bring people back into their physical body.
Bufo Alvarius
Bufo Alvarius is a powerful experience often described as a direct encounter with a state beyond the mind. It can support deep release, expansion of awareness, and a sense of connection beyond the personal identity.
We only offer Bufo when we feel a person is ready. Our approach is calm, grounded, and focused on safety and integration — not intensity.
Mushrooms (Los Niños Santos)
Mushrooms work in a more emotional and heart-centered way. They often support emotional processing, connection with the inner child, sensitivity and openness, and insight through feeling rather than control. This process can be gentle or deep, depending on the person and the intention.
Rapé
Rapé is a traditional Amazonian snuff used for grounding and focus. It helps calm the mind, bring presence, and release mental tension. We use Rapé as a supportive tool before or after ceremonies.
Sananga
Sananga is applied to the eyes and works on both physical and energetic levels. It supports clearing perception, emotional release, and grounding. It can be intense for a short time, followed by a sense of clarity and stillness.
Xanga
Xanga is a gentler form of DMT, working more gradually through the body. It supports connection with the body, energetic balance, and inner awareness. Compared to stronger experiences, it allows a more conscious and embodied process.
Temazcal
Temazcal is a traditional sweat lodge ceremony. It works through heat, breath, darkness, and connection with the elements. It supports cleansing, emotional release, and grounding in the body.
Cacao Ceremony
Cacao is a gentle, heart-opening practice. It supports connection with emotions, softness and openness, and integration. It is often used as a bridge between deeper processes and daily life.
Kundalini Yoga & Meditation
Alongside the medicines, we work with Kundalini yoga and meditation. These practices support nervous system regulation, grounding, and integration of experiences. They help bring the process into the body and into everyday life.
Our Approach to Medicines
We do not use all medicines for everyone. Each process is guided individually. We choose what is appropriate based on readiness, physical and mental condition, and the overall process. Sometimes less is more. The goal is not intensity — but balance, safety, and real integration.
Safety & Responsibility
Working with these medicines is not suitable for everyone. Some physical or mental health conditions, as well as certain medications, may not be compatible with this work. For this reason:
- all participants are required to complete a health questionnaire
- we carefully review each case individually
- we may decline participation if we feel it is not safe
Our priority is always safety, responsibility, and the well-being of each person.
